Aceso offers several services to meet your needs. Treatment plans are personalized putting your mental health at the center of all treatment decisions. After decades of experience we recognize that each patient is unique with specific treatment goals. Whether this is the first time speaking with a psychiatrist, or you are transitioning to a new psychiatrist, we can work with you to create a course of treatment to meet your psychiatric health and wellness goals.

Initial Psychiatric Assessment

This is an in-depth interview and assesment process which allows us to get to know you as an individual. Our goal is to formulate an action plan to help you achieve your wellness goals. There will be new patient forms to complete prior to your first appointment.

Psychiatric Medication Management with or without Psychotherapy

This service is with a doctor and includes a medication management consultation with treatment recommendations. It may include labs, EKG, or other studies as needed to safely prescribe psychiatric medications.

We want to ensure that your treatment is on target to manage your symptoms and to help you achieve your goals.

Psychotherapy can be combined with medication for support, psycho-education, and symptom management. You will learn cognitive, behavioral, and spiritual strategies for your wellness.

ADHD Testing

Qb test is evidence-based, quality controlled, noninvasive testing that provides an accurate and reproducible measure of an individual’s capacity in each of the 3 domains of ADHD neurological impairment by utilizing a consistent challenge paradigm coupled with detailed real-time measurements of neuological performance. The fundemental core of Qb test is a computer-assisted attention and impoulse control task and simultaneous recording of activity using an infared camera for very precise motion movements. The test is standardized, age and gender normed and reproducible for ages 6-60 years old.

Qb test was cleared by the FDA in 2004 to aid in the clinical assesment of ADHD in children aged 6-12 years old. An updated version of the Qb test was cleared October 17th of 2012 and expanded the indication for use to include the clinical assesment of ADHD in adolescents and adults age 12-60. In April 2014 Qb test was cleared to aid in the treatment interventions and follow-up for ages 6-60. Cleared as a class II device by the FDA, Qb test has demonstrated strong and sufficient evidence for positively identifying an ADHD individual from the non-ADHD cohort as well as identifying individuals not having ADHD.
